Frequently asked questions

Can we keep our existing phone number if we switch?

In most cases, yes. Phone numbers can be ported between providers, and your ability to keep your number is protected in most situations. The key is acting while the number is still active — if your provider is failing, start the process early.

Our VoIP provider stopped answering. Can you take over?

Can we reuse our existing desk phones?

Often. Most modern SIP phones can be re-provisioned for a new platform unless they are carrier-locked or end-of-life. We audit what you have and tell you honestly what can be kept and what should be replaced.

Yes — we handle on-site installation, cabling, switch configuration, and user training across the Central Coast, with remote deployment options for locations further afield.
